Structure
The Human Patterns instrument is completed by you at a secure website. The results are tabulated and then we walk through them together.When you purchase the Human Patterns psychometric, you will be sent a username and password for the Human Patterns website. You log into their website and work through the 250 questions at your own pace. You want to give it your first answer, so each question should take about 15 seconds.
Afterwards, your results are tabulated and sent to me. The full results can be overwhelming —the full report is almost 60 pages! Each score is meaningful, but it is in the interplay of the scores that you get the most meaning. I meet with you weekly, usually for four weeks of 50-minute sessions. In these sessions, we go through the report and what it means.
